World Tree Lyceum Classes are asynchronous and based online. This means there are no remote call zoom type calls to attend. Classwork in the form of documents and audio files is sent out weekly, generally on a Sunday evening (U.S. EST) for you to engage with in your own time during the week, along with the support of your fellow students via discussions on an e-group (currently hosted via a private Facebook group). We facilitate our workshops in this way to make the work accessible to folk who may not be able to attend scheduled remote or face to face classes for a variety of reasons.

Clear selection
Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. We understand that folk's circumstances change and it is often possible for us to roll your deposit forwards to the same class the following year or a different World Tree Lyceum class later in the year. If you're able to find someone else to take over your slot, that's also fine (but not something we can take on facilitating). 

Once our classes have started, and we have your full payment,  we are unable to offer any refunds back to you.  Depending on circumstances we might be able to roll your registration payment forward to another class later in the year or in the following year. 

The number of registrations and payments we receive allows us to calculate how many scholarship and deep discounted places we can offer in order to make this work sustainable for us.
